Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • "ACC Autocare," "we," "us," or "our" refers to ACC Autocare Complete, Unit 1 Hunter Street, Auchterarder, Scotland UK, PH3 1PA.

  • "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or business engaging our services.

  • "Services" refers to the car valeting, detailing, and related services provided by ACC Autocare.

  • "Vehicle" refers to the vehicle upon which the Services are performed.

  • "Quotation" refers to the written or verbal estimate provided by ACC Autocare.

2. General

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all Services provided by ACC Autocare.

  • By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at 1 any time.  

3. Quotations and Bookings

  • Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

  • Bookings are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion if at any time the vehicle in which we intend to work on is not in the condition previously disclosed.

  • Any changes to a booking must be communicated to us within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • If a client wishes to add services to the booking on the day of the service, ACC Autocare reserves the right to refuse, or reschedule the current booking.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the Services, unless otherwise agreed.

  • A deposit may be required for services outside of a 10 mile radius and for machine polish or ceramic coating services

  • We accept bank transfer and cash payment types.

  • Late payments may incur a 20% interest charge per 14 day period.

  • If a deposit is required, this will be stated on the quotation.

  • If payment is not received, ACC Autocare withholds the right to keep the vehicle until full payment is made.

5. Service Provision

  • We will perform the Services with reasonable care and skill.

  • We will use products and equipment that we deem suitable for the Vehicle.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects to the Vehicle.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to perform Services on Vehicles deemed to be in an unsafe or unsanitary condition.

  • The client is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the service.

6. Liability

  • Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our Services is limited to the cost of the Services.

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is insured.

  • ACC Autocare is not liable for any damage caused by faulty vehicle components.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted price.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If we cancel a booking, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.

8. Ceramic Coatings

  • Ceramic coating warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

  • Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining the ceramic coating.

  • Damage caused by neglect or improper maintenance is not covered by the warranty.

9. Data Protection

  • We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.

  • Any disputes will be handled within the Scottish legal system.
